At Aulora Beauty, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Shipping
- Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items

- Photos or videos of the issue
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
